How does it work?
The MOSQUITO KILLER MACHINE has an 'appealing breeding chamber', nestled in sufficient, still water that is very attractive to the female mosquito. The egg laying mosquitoes will frequently visit this 'breeding chamber' during the night. The mosquito female may lay 200 to 400 eggs at a time - called a raft.
As the Sun rises and the day gets hotter, the 'breeding chamber' now saturated with mosquito eggs, larvae and pupae is lifted out of the water using an ingeniously designed mechanism, thermostatically controlled. Once clear of the water the 'breeding chamber' now exposed to the elements (sun) destroys the mosquito eggs, larvae and pupae. As the sun sets, the 'breeding chamber' settles back into the water, ready to receive a fresh batch or raft of mosquito eggs, larvae and pupae. The whole process then repeats itself.
Should 100 mosquito’s lay in the MOSQUITO KILLER MACHINE in a 24hr period, 20 000 to 40 000 larvae will be decimated that would otherwise become adult flying mosquito’s in a few days time.
