BIOGRAPHY
Ina is a visionary and a pioneer for the empowerment and development of women and the community through education, training and sustainable development. Her natural flair for networking, with an urge to serve the community through education, training and development, is a life long ambition. Ina graduated from the University of the Free State School of Management and received her Baccalaureus Degree in Management Leadership - with distinction; she is currently a Post Graduate researcher and student of Futures Studies at the University of Stellenbosch, Futures Research Institute, focusing on the Futures of Education, Training and Development; She is already reading and scanning the environment towards a PhD in Sustainable Development. She is an accredited and registered assessor of ETDP and SERVICE SETA and a member of the International Academic Golden Key Honour Society.
A passion to motivate and develop women to be ‘Women with Purpose’, led to the development and implementation of a ‘Creative Purpose Course for Women’ and a ‘Women’s Leadership Development Programme’. As a life long learner of business, management and leadership disciplines, her academic background, her visionary and entrepreneurial spirit, a life long ambition and urge to serve the community, as well as the need for sustainable economic development in times of turbulence, economic recession, rapid change and the complexity of challenges facing organisations, she developed with her advisory team a ‘Sustainable Organisational Performance Programme’, to enhance sustainable economic development through 'Scenario Planning’ and the implementation of ‘Innovative’ and ‘Out of the Box’ thinking models in organisations.

ABOUT THE FDA
"Participation Builds Unity"
"MADE IN AFRICA - FOR AFRICA"
THE FOUNDATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AFRICA is a private, 'not-for-profit', non-membership, organisation actively serving Africa by promoting processes conducive to sustainable development ......throughout Africa - with the emphasis on sustainability! This organisation is currently rated as one of the most proactive Sustainable Business Development Organisations in Africa! Serving Africa since 1999.We are actively involved with promoting the AFRICAN RENEWAL PROGRAMME
However -
We firmly believe that sustainable development is a process that must start from within - Africa needs to "partner" with herself first!
We also prefer the phrase: "Lets create wealth" rather than "Lets alleviate poverty"
Our initiatives include enabler 'showcasing'; networking opportunities; business opportunities; investment opportunities; promotion of special projects; dissemination of business information; joint venture initiatives and a range of value added services - all to serve AFRICA!
All our efforts are privately funded.
HOW THEN CAN I PARTICIPATE?
HOW THEN CAN I SUPPORT AFRICA?
