BIOGRAPHY
Ina is currently Director - Women Development of The Foundation for the Development Africa (FDA).
Ina is a visionary and a pioneer for the empowerment and development of women.
She has a natural flair for networking with an urge to serve the community and is a life long learner of Business, Management, Leadership and Wellness principles - A passion to motivate and develop women to be ‘Women with Purpose’.
Ina is a member of the International Academic Golden Key Honor Society, and is one of the top 15% academic achievers from the University of the Free State’s Chapter, in South Africa.
She is a free lance journalist and editor of various topics for wellness, leadership and personal development.
With a passion for golf and women, she envisioned the ‘Bridging-the-Gap’ learnership golf programme for ladies, targeting novice women golfers therefore introducing the whole family to golfing principles and lifestyles.
Ina is also the co-owner and a director of the Spa and Wellness Centre at the Protea Hotel Wilderness Resort.
Furthermore - Ina is an accredited assessor and motivational speaker with ETDP - SETA, Accreditation nr: ETDP0112, Unit standard I.D. 115753, NQF level 5, Endorsement nr.476151US, South Africa.
Among the programmes presented and facilitated included motivational models for Transformation, Problem-solving, Teambuilding, Leadership, Diversity, Change Management, Woman with Purpose and Well@Work Programmes.
One of her special achievements was her appointment by the Deputy Minister of the South African Department of Trade and Industry (the dti), as National Board Director for the South African Women Entrepreneur’s Network (SAWEN) - an initiative of the South African Department of Trade and Industry (the dti).
She often works in association with the Academic Advisory Team of the University of the Free State and other specialists in their field of work. She is one of the preferred service providers for SAWEN and the DTI and was showcased in the ‘SA Women Entrepreneurs National Directory, 2006’ that was endorsed by the Deputy President of South Africa, Ms. Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka.
