LESS AID - LET'S TRADE
The current hype associated with the G 8 meeting, taking place this week at the Gleneagles Hotel in Perthshire, Scotland from 06-08 July 2005, prompted me to emphasise the value of "Less Aid - Let's Trade".
The Live 8 music festivals held all over the world this weekend also reiterated the value of participation: "Unless we (all the people in Africa) are allowed to participate and take hands in Africa's development - we will not succeed!"
To indicate our willingness to 'engage' with the world in this effort we have added a new section to our FDA PARTNER website entitled FDA PARTNER SERVICES AVAILABLE and provides our 'website visitors' a list of services available.
See: http://www.fdapartners.net/partners/services.htm
This new section is worth a visit - our FDA PARTNERS truly provide a significant service to Africa. Our world ranked websites (and more so this new section) will invite the world to interact with our FDA PARTNERS and AFRICA!
We have asked Gary from HIGHTECH MARKETING (http://www.fdapartners.net/partners/hitech_marketing.htm) to optimize this new section to feature significantly when searching for "africa services" on the internet.
Take care

Peter,
I have followed the request by African governments that debt should be canceled. But I think that Africans are asking too much to the international
community and are not preaching by example.
Why should the West cancel the debt when African leaders themselves keep African money in Western Banks?
Where did the money of debt go in the first place?
I personally would oppose the West canceling the debt until all African leaders and Civil servants have returned the money stolen in Africa and kept
in Western banks.

Hi Peter
I have had a look at the new sorted services page - I think it will of great benefit to everyone - those on the list and those using it.
I could not agree with you more about participation and engagement to release the true value of our African development potential.
Thank you for all you are doing in promoting trade and development in Africa.
Regards
Andrew
