2005 Digital Africa Summit
I am proud to announce that I have been invited to present a paper at the 2005 Digital Africa Summit to be held here in Cape Town, South Africa from 08 -10 February.

This event will take place at the elegant Arabella Sheraton Grand Hotel in Cape Town and is organised by World Summits. The theme for this high-profiled event is "The liberalisation of African Telecom" - my paper will address the "Challenges for Building an Information Society across Africa"

CUTS Centre for International Trade, Economics and Environment (CUTS-CITEE)
I have also been invited to attend a "PROJECT LAUNCH MEETING" addressing 'Linkages between Trade, Development and Poverty Reduction'

This meeting is scheduled for 18 - 19 March 2005 and will be held in Jaipur, India!

A vast number of development issues will be addressed at this meeting - more detail will be made available on our website shortly!

Our next FDA 'FORMAL' NETWORKING FUNCTION scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday 25 January 2005, 18H00 for 18H30 has really sparked some commendable reaction and interest - our guest list speaks for itself - this event will be held at the Hilton Sandton, 138 Rivonia Road, Sandton, South Africa.
