I am sure you are now aware of the exciting phase we are moving into with regard our efforts in serving Africa's sustainable development. The prospect of moving into the new Africa Trade Centre is awesome and will no doubt conclude a vision I have nurtured for many years.

Negotiations with investors and developers for the construction of the Africa Trade Centre complex within the Africa Gateway Precinct that will also accommodate the new Tshwane International Convention Centre have developed somewhat over the last few weeks - keeping me rather occupied.

This new approach of the Foundation for the Development of Africa has also presented itself with a number of additional opportunities, including a secure investment opportunity.

We are in need of an investor who would like to take hands with the Foundation for the Development of Africa as a strategic partner. An investment of around US$150,000.00 or ZAR1,000,000.00 is required. This investment will capacitate and enable our efforts to be elevated to the level of expertise that is to be expected from this unique initiative.
