Africa needs to spend $93 billion per annum over the next ten years to in order for Africa to“catch up on infrastructure with other developing regions” according to a report released by the United Nations.

Infrastructure Development throughout Africa may very well depend upon successful
PPP – Private Public Partnerships.


The organizers of the 2010 POWER INDABA, Spintelligent (Pty) Ltd, have invited me to facilitate a one-day workshop on
PPP – PRIVATE PUBLIC PARTNERSHIPS.

This workshop, scheduled for Monday, 22 February 2010, will prelude the ever-popular POWER INDABA on 23 and 24 February 2010 which forms part of the AFRICAN UTILITY WEEK.
