NEPAD Peer Review Mechanism
The NEPAD secretariat, their resources already stretched to the limit, have been tasked with establishing a structure that will assess the political governance of African States!
The NEPAD African Peer Review Mechanism will incorporate this political review process into the existing economic and corporate review mechanisms currently "managed" by the African Development Bank and the Economic Commission on Africa.
This "political governance peer review process" will include the appointment of a "panel of eminent persons" representing Africa, who would then report to the African Union Heads of State!
