Governance is a term, broadly used, that refers to the rules, processes, or laws by which an entity is operated, regulated and controlled.

Governance activities ensure that critical management information reaching the executive team is sufficiently complete, accurate and timely to enable appropriate management decision making, and provide the control mechanisms to ensure that strategies, directions and instructions from management are carried out systematically and effectively!

Economic development is reliant upon participating consumers who are now demanding product and service consistency. This paradigm shift, from consumers, has placed everyone under pressure to ensure sustainable delivery.

Sustainable delivery demands strategy; precise policy; institutional frameworks; collaboration; adherence to governance principles; risk management; implementation and compliance!

It is therefore imperative that we ensure that we remain abreast of the latest techniques and criteria when strategising the affairs of the business. Lack thereof could result in disaster.
